These terms govern use of GameArena NG. By creating or using an account, you agree to follow these terms, the Competition Rules, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Responsible Gaming information.

1. Account

Users must provide accurate registration information, keep login credentials private and use only their own account. One verification step is required before an account becomes active.

2. Competitions

Only competitions and matches displayed by the platform are valid. Players must use the match room assigned by GameArena, play fairly and submit the actual final result. Cheating, collusion, impersonation, exploiting bugs or manipulating results is prohibited.

3. Wallet and payments

Wallet balances and competition settlements are maintained server-side. Payment-provider deposits, withdrawals, reversals and fees are subject to provider availability and applicable approval. GameArena does not ask users to send card PINs, passwords or OTPs through chat.

4. Results and disputes

Results may require confirmation by the opponent. A dispute should include the Match ID and a clear explanation. GameArena may review server records and competition evidence before resolving a dispute.

5. Tournament prizes

Where a tournament reaches its published full pool, 10% of gross entry funds is allocated as GameArena commission and 90% forms the prize pool. The published tournament page controls the applicable entry fee, pool and 1st–4th distribution.

6. Service availability

GameArena may temporarily suspend features for maintenance, security, dispute review, payment-provider issues or other operational reasons.

7. Real-money activation

Real-money payment features will only be activated when the required payment-provider and applicable regulatory approvals are in place.
