Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how competition entries and payment reversals are handled. The server transaction and match records are the source of truth.

Cancelled or void matches

If a match is cancelled or voided before valid settlement, affected entry funds may be returned to the relevant wallet according to the server resolution.

Disputed matches

A disputed match may be reviewed by GameArena. Where the review determines that an entry should be refunded, the server records will be adjusted accordingly.

Settled matches

A completed settlement is not automatically reversible. Corrections may be made where a verified administrative, technical or payment-provider error requires it.

Payment reversals

Payment-provider reversals, failed transfers and related events are processed using server-side transaction records and provider notifications.
