Payments

Payment information is processed through the configured payment provider. GameArena does not ask users to send card secrets, PINs or OTPs through social media or support chat.

Passwords are stored as hashes. Authentication and payment operations are handled server-side. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their credentials and verification codes.

Retention

Records may be retained for legitimate platform operation, dispute handling, security, accounting and legal obligations.
